Drinking coffee with cousins and uncles, every Sunday since I was a child at Grandma Sofia’s house, I met the taste of this bean. Now I remember with nostalgia those moments, the coffee, the bread, the laughter, the games at grandma’s house and the San Antonio hill.

Years later I rediscovered coffee, but only as a source of energy on those long nights of study at the university where I mixed it with sugar (sorry to the purists) and it stayed that way until 2021.

In the year 2022 everything changed, because in the heart of Circasia-Colombia, a coffee town, I tasted a filtered coffee (I remember it was on a V60 method) and I could not believe what I felt, my taste buds woke up and for some strange reason I was able to perceive a thousand flavors and textures. Since then, I have not stopped tasting coffees.

It was that year when I decided that at some point, I would have my own brand of coffee to show the world the true flavor of Colombian coffee, because believe me you may think you know what a good Colombian coffee tastes like, but I would dare to tell you that you have not yet tasted anything truly extraordinary. 

My dream is that you try the best Colombian coffee, because coffee changes lives, it gives you energy, it allows you to connect, it mobilizes you, it gives you spaces to work, to laugh, and the best thing is that it allows you to enjoy indescribable sensations on your palate.
